- Upload documents and check your financial aid status
- Access important deadlines, forms, and resources
Dates to Remember: Fall 2026 Semester
- July 31, 2026: Fall 2026 Balance Payment Due
- August 27, 2026: New UG Day Student Move-In & Orientation
- August 29, 2026: Returning Day Students Move-In
- August 31, 2026: First Day of Fall Semester and Module I
- November 1, 2026: First Day of Module II

First Time User? Click 'First Time User' to activate your portal access.
Returning User? Enter your CC student ID and password.
You must have a financial aid record already established at Columbia College in order to use this portal. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 0034360, on your application, and we will automatically receive a copy. Once we receive your information from either of these applications, you will be able to use the first-time user process to activate your portal access.
Note: Independent students are 24 years or older, married, have dependents, are an emancipated minor, or a ward of the court.
