Dates to Remember: Spring 2026 Semester

January 8, 2026: Spring 2026 Balance Payment Due
January 9, 2026: New student Move-In & Orientation
January 11, 2026: Returning Students Move-In
January 12, 2026: First Day of Class
January 14, 2026: Drop/Add for Spring Full Semester & Module I

February 6, 2026: Last Day to Withdraw from Courses for Spring Module I
March 1, 2026: Last Day for Spring Module I
March 2-6, 2026: Spring Break - Weekend classes will be held as scheduled; No other classes will meet.
March 9, 2026: First Day of Classes for Spring Module II
March 11, 2026: Drop/Add for Spring Module II Ends
March 20, 2026: Last Day to Withdraw from full-semester on-campus and online courses. Withdrawal for the entire semester ends.
April 3-5. 2026: Easter Break
April 6, 2026: Last Day to Withdraw from Courses for Spring Module II
April 26, 2026: Last Day of class for Spring Module II
May 7, 2026: Spring semester ends

Returning User? Enter your CC student ID and password.

You must have a financial aid record already established at Columbia College in order to use this portal. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 0034360, on your application, and we will automatically receive a copy. Once we receive your information from either of these applications, you will be able to use the first-time user process to activate your portal access.

Note: Independent students are 24 years or older, married, have dependents, are an emancipated minor, or a ward of the court.
