Fall 2026 Semester

July 30, 2026: All financial aid requirements are due.
August 27th - 30th, 2026: New Students Move-In & New Student Orientation
August 28, 2026: Late Registration Ends for Fall 2026
August 29, 2026: Move-in for Returning Students (Residence Halls Open at 1 pm)
August 31, 2026: First Day of Class for Fall Full Semester & Fall Module I
September 2, 2026: Drop/Add for Fall Module I Ends
September 4, 2026: Drop/Add for Fall Full Semester Ends
September 25, 2026: Last Day to Withdraw from Courses for Fall Module I
October 12-13, 2026: Fall Break
October 18, 2026: Last Day for Fall Module I
October 26, 2026: First Day of Classes for Fall Module II
October 28, 2026: Drop/Add for Fall Module II Ends
November 6, 2026: Last Day to Withdraw from full-semester on-campus and online courses. Withdrawal for the entire semester ends.
November 20, 2026: Last Day to Withdraw from Courses for Fall Module II
November 25-29, 2026: Thanksgiving Break
December 13, 2026: Last Day of class for Fall Module II and Full Semester Online Classes
December 17, 2026: Fall semester ends

Returning User? Enter your CC student ID and password.

You must have a financial aid record already established at Columbia College in order to use this portal. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 0034360, on your application, and we will automatically receive a copy. Once we receive your information from either of these applications, you will be able to use the first-time user process to activate your portal access.

Note: Independent students are 24 years or older, married, have dependents, are an emancipated minor, or a ward of the court.
