Dates to Remember:

  • July 15, 2025: Complete all Financial Aid requirements
  • August 4, 2025: Fall Balance Payment Due
  • August 21, 2025: Evening College New Student Orientation
  • August 21-August 24, 2025: New First-Year Orientation for Day Students
  • August 22, 2025: Late Registration Ends
  • August 23, 2025: Upper class Students Move-In
  • August 25, 2025: First Day of Class for Fall
  • August 27, 2025: Drop/Add for Module I Ends
  • August 29, 2025: Drop/Add for Full Semester Ends

First Time User? Click 'First Time User' to activate your portal access.

Returning User? Enter your CC student ID and password.

You must have a financial aid record already established at Columbia College in order to use this portal. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 0034360, on your application, and we will automatically receive a copy.  Once we receive your information from either of these applications, you will be able to use the first-time user process to activate your portal access.

Note: Independent students are 24 years or older, married, have dependents, are an emancipated minor, or a ward of the court.
